Payments not working. Waste app.

App is good after the recent update in the UI. One feature which will be really useful is to add up multiple bills and pay at once. This feature is available currently in the TANGEDCO’s website.

Worst app, no receipt nothing its just like you are trying to make a payment and in return you get a screenshot, which is not even signed or acknowledged.

Payment doesn’t get through. Fails every time ! Stick with web, don’t use mobile app.

They are faking the system but making us believe that the complaints are taken once registered but they actually mark as done without completing there job on real time after one or two days. Doesnt work effectively with complaints. As usual no effective staffs to coordinate. Pathetic TANGEDCO.

This APP started with many hiccups but has improved a lot now. Did hassle free payment today.

This app makes false EB bills and fake receipts. I noticed this several times as i used to verify EB bill data of several customers and compare it with the TANGEDCO official website as well as BILL DESK bills. TANGEDCO and AppStore has to make necessary action against this fraudulent app..
