This one is a great relief. The app is really good for starters with seamless payment gateway. With the Y and Z generation taking the lead, this becomes more of a necessity than a nice to have feature. Appreciate the effort towards this. Looking for many more features in the app in future

This App has a clean UI and it's easy to use with all the functionalities are working perfectly. I was having issues in the online portal but it worked here smoothly. Good job

The app looks good and able to access the important processes such as transaction history, bill pay etc., Once you input the username and password it will pull out profile details correctly which is good but my profile doesn’t have a mobile number associated with it so instead of prompting the user to enter mobile number it displays an error message to enter occupation which has data already and confusing. Having said that, I would like to appreciate the efforts taken by TNEB to bring out this app which has made life easier.

Payments not working. Waste app.

App is good after the recent update in the UI. One feature which will be really useful is to add up multiple bills and pay at once. This feature is available currently in the TANGEDCO’s website.

Worst app, no receipt nothing its just like you are trying to make a payment and in return you get a screenshot, which is not even signed or acknowledged.

Payment doesn’t get through. Fails every time ! Stick with web, don’t use mobile app.

They are faking the system but making us believe that the complaints are taken once registered but they actually mark as done without completing there job on real time after one or two days. Doesnt work effectively with complaints. As usual no effective staffs to coordinate. Pathetic TANGEDCO.
