Always connect failed!

I’ve read the past reviews, seems like it’s a common issue for everyone. Could you fix this bug? The connection always fail during the 1st login every time when I go into the app. It will only connect when we login the 2nd time. Uninstalled and install the app again, it still happens every time, without fail.

“Search by Event/Time” functions not working in latest iOS update

Why when a device list seldom login for quite some time, say more than a month, it will always appear connection failed? You have to keep on login for many times, then the connection will be ok. But when you login every day, it will not have this problem.

After the latest update , cannot work at all

Hi, I can’t view my camera when view outside home network after updating the app.

IOS 8 can't support current version of TapCMS. Please update.

Can't access to my Surveilance system after upgrade this app..

Uses this app frequently.last update is fine while using 3G to load. But latest update, use 3G cant load.use wifi to load is fine.please do something about it.
