I placed my information in the box after I got approval from the person in the airport. I am unable to see my refund.

Dreadful Scam of a VAT Refund Service
I completed and submitted my VAT refund forms at the Tax Refund office in Rome Fiumicino Airport in mid-June 2022 for a refund back to my credit card. It is now mid-September 2022, and no refund has been received. I reached out via email to the company using the email address provided on their website two weeks ago, and have received no response. Abhorrent service, but lesson learned—opt for euros in cash.
Crashes on Passport update
I have iOS 12 Pro running latest OS. Cannot update Passport info. Crashes when clicking Update on the number/residence page
Would not scan
Failed to scan passport, would not recognize in network receipts.
