Great app. Was a little stressed about arriving at the airport on time but we waited no more than 5 mins for the taxi and the drive was super friendly.

Taxi Move is the app of Italian taxi drivers conceived for the customer: it provides immediate quotation, it allows taxi booking, online payments and ride review. You can use Taxi Move in Florence, Modena, Siena, Livorno, Brescia, Pisa, Bergamo and Reggio Emilia.

- call your taxi or book it for later;
- choose the taxi you need: from 1 to 8 people, with e-payment, with English-speaking driver or any other feature you wish you nave;
- check on your smartphone when your taxi arrives;

Excellent service
The driver onmy second ride had stopped and given me a card earlier and explained I had to call or get on the app to order a taxi. She acted quickly seeing a woman on her own in a less safe part of town. I had walked to the bus station thinking there might be a taxi rank there. The driver was dropping off a customer, spotted me and helped me out. By coincidence she was the driver who collected me - from another not very nice part of town. You don't know these things when you are new to a place and she really helped me. Thank you. The app has been easy to use and the service quick. The first driver was also very pleasant and helpful.
Very rude taxi driver
My wife and I and 2 kids took a 20 minute taxi ride to a town just outside Florence. The taxi driver didn’t know the destination and very slowly while keeping the meter running looked for the final Destination. Our hotel had very clearly told him where to take us. He messed around for another 20 minutes running up the meter for us much as he could. At the end we were charged 70 euros. The other party who took the same taxi journey were charged 35 euros. He completely cheated us. To make things worse he pulled up beside us after dropping us off and complained loudly in front of a cafe with lots of people how rude we were for not tipping him!

Really easy to use and friendly drivers
Handy but be ready to call
Got a taxi at 4:40am Sunday morning, booked the ray before on the taxi move app. It’s seems a bit rogue and not the most legit but coming up to the time we got notifications saying that it would be there to let us know things were moving. I would say get ready to call the centre if you’re unsure/anxious as they can help clear it up. Taxi driver was super friendly, charged a flat rate there and was reasonable for the time of day.
