After entering phone numbers and clicked continue, it said Unknown Error, then stop!!! Can’t move forward or go back. I’ve to delete the app to exit!!! Garbage!

Seamless, informative and accurate.
If I could, I would give it negative stars. The app doesn’t work for me at all and the company doesn’t care about its customers. When you call their drivers, they don’t pick up. The waiting time is more than any other taxi company. What else would u like to know? If it continues like this then Uber would be a monopoly.

What’s the point of making an app that doesn’t work at all?! I couldn’t even complete the registration coz it didn’t send me a confirmation code.
The app itself is great, but the five times I’ve used this the drivers hadn’t used it before and weren’t sure how to handle it. On 4 out of 5 uses of the app, I’m asked to sign either a blank slip, or the amount shown on the meter which is always higher than the app stated. The receipts I receive via email never match the meter and I’m unsure what amount is being charged to my card, or if an additional charge will appear on my card later when the slip I signed gets processed.
When i create account and get text code to activate it takes me back to sign in screen.... Can't actually activate in order to use this app.. QA didn't do a very good job here.
I’ve used this app about 10 times in the last 6 months - only 4 of the 10 drivers understood that the fare and tip was being charged directly to my credit card - some of the guys were just pleasantly clueless and called the dispatcher and got things cleared up but some were almost hostile - like they thought I was trying to rip them off - the Taxi company needs to make a much bigger effort in educating their drivers
