Tazz - Mâncare și alte pofte

Am comandat de 3 ori, de 2 ori nu a ajuns mancarea deloc si o data a intarziat 2 ore. Cei de la chat iti anuleaza comanda fara sa te intrebe si ramai si cu banii blocati 24h. Pe scurt, nu merita nici sa fie listat pe store.

I tried to make a new account and it didn’t not work, I’ve been trying 7 times to add my phone number and get the SMS with the authentication code, but it failed every time Also, the prices are much higher compared to ordering directly from the restaurant

If you order in normal business hours it’s ok. I would not recommend it if you order in the late hours past 00:00. Either they cancel the order because of “technical issues” or they do not have delivery guys.

Am vrut tacâmuri si nu am primit

Am făcut o comandă la ora 18.10 cu livrare estimată în 50 min. A ajuns la ora 20:20. Am sunat la restaurant pe la 19:00 și mi s-a spus ca este gata comanda demult, însă nu a venit niciun livrator să o ridice. Pizza mult așteptată de copii a venit rece, sleită după 2 ore jum. Pe aplicație poți vorbi doar cu un bot, care dă răspunsuri standard fără să ajute deloc.

Foarte slabă, fără livratori. Am comandat pe 1 și nu a găsit livrator. Pe 3 au anulat comanda. Dezamăgit. Nu o să o mai folosesc.
