Not working for 4 days
Application is not working 4 days in the row - saying it is under maintenance. Wrote to support - no answer.
Do not update
After update to the latest version, unable to pay utility bills. “There are no items to display “ error message. There is impossibility to pay anything more than 40 lari without digipass. Application becomes totally unusable.

Приложение удобное, но сам банк отстойный. Блокирует счета без объяснения причины. Крайне не рекомендую!
In-App notifications
Kindly asking you to consider implementing an option to chose method of notifications and confirmation of payment for client: SMS or in-app itself, which is much convenient, especially when you don’t have carrier coverage at your area. Thanks.
Terrible updates
My IOS is lower than 15 version. And after your latest updates, I can't use the mobile app!!!
No chat/support in application
It is 2023 and u still don’t have in your app opportunity to chat support
3DSecure push notifications needed!
You can improve your service by alternating SMS messages with push notifications for sending 3DSecure codes. I continuously travel and to receive that code I have to switch SIM cards. That takes some time and is really annoying
App crashes if the user tries to enter values for money exchange
App crashes after I tap on To Sell or To Buy field on iPhone 12 Pro Max with the latest iOS 16.5.1
