Food tastes of pure bumhole. Cold and hard and the only good things were the robots that didn’t even bring good stuff. Even the cola was warm

Not your typical buffet! You have to order in their app and the robot kinda thing will deliver it to you which make the service to slow. Also, they only have a small selection of dishes. Food taste good thou.

Disappointed, the food was unhealthy and lacking flavour, it was unhealthy and made me wonder how the place is still running, then I realised it’s because they steal your cash with marketing. The advertisement is very misleading to what reality is.

Food quality poor. Tepid to cold on arrival to the table. After ordering advised 12 minutes for food/drinks arriving. We waited over 20 minutes for our main courses and they were ‘delivered’ by a human!!! Novelty with the robots - did make us smile.

Called here today for lunch with my friend the staff were very helpful and polite with a smile on their faces service was fantastic The food was amazing and very tasty, could of been a bit hotter for me but that’s just my opinion as I always like my food piping hot, Can’t wait to come back, thank you so much x

portions far too small , came in small bowls only fit for small children , over priced for the amount of food served by the robot , not good .

We have now given this place 3 chances since the help yourself buffet ended… genuinely used to love this place. Its now truly awful. Cold food arriving. Pork ribs that smelled off. Shredded (grey)Duck & pan cakes awful. Just save your money and go elsewhere. The only decent thing I found was a miniscule piece of steak in pepper sauce. Orders were missed but shown on the app as ordered… sad to say we wont be back.
