Log in on the website is not working. And Connection to the vest is not working. Same problems by my friend!

Hi Alpinestar, I'm running your latest app version (2.1.5.(3)) on my iPhone and I'm not sure if there is a software update or not. My app is connected properly to my T-Air-5 vest (and is on charge) and in the app via Settings/Software I read confusing messages about a possible update or not. On the button of the page reads the following: "An error occured. The update could not be completed. Please try again." After two seconds this message disappears. Above the Update button it reads: "Make sure the System is on charge before proceeding with the update." Well, it is on charge. And on the top page is says: "System is already updated 01.03.00.0104.P.20.0" My question is: Is it updated or not? And why this confusing messages about a possible update? Thanks a lot for looking into it. Best regards

There is almost no update for the app and the airbag. App crashes several times and connection between app and airbag is really bad.

Useless application, cannot even sign-up since i do not receive the confirmation code on mobile phone. Contacted the support by e-mail and phone and nobody helped.

Unable to pair or update firmware. Unable to do anything.

I am unable to see the systems that I have paired but the ap continually says system already added. I cannot see them anywhere though in my tech air systems.

App is so inconsistent, can’t even set up the Tech Air 5. Says that the system is added but will not show the system in the app, it just continues to try and scan another system. I tried redownloading as others have mentioned, but then my device was blocked due to unusual activity. I’m not sure if they blew the budget on R&D and just gave up on the actual app interface that we interact with. But I will reiterate what others have said, $800 is a lot to spend for a air bag that has an app that can hardly support it. Hopefully we see some improvements with the roll out of the Tech Air Off-road.

Nothing but problems trying to update the suits firmware, concerned that suit is not going to do the job if needed. Never had these issues with Dainese suit with integrated airbag. Went with the Tech Air 10 for the body coverage but just like the Tech Air 5 it’s a bug ridden mess and I’m not confident it will deploy. I’ll be moving to the Dainese slim vest and wear it under an Alpinestars suit. Error 12…

Always fails to update vest software. I am literally holding the phone to to the vest. Both, the vest and wled batteries are fully charged and plugged. Tech air 10
