It was automatically paid for 1 year automatically on the app, but there is no customer center, so I don't know how to solve it. Among the languages the app support, Korean is also included, and even if I ask the developer in Korean, they answer in English. Please correct this part, too.

I used to access my google drive account and load txt files. A few weeks ago it worked just fine. However now it says “wrong file type” and claims to “choose txt file”. I hope you guys solve this problem asap.

최근까지 잘 쓰고 있었는데 촬영 도중에 자꾸 앱이 강제종료되는 현상이 나타나서 아예 이용을 못하고 있네요. 1년 유료 결제까지 했는데 못 쓰고 있는 상황입니다. 빠른 해결 부탁드리고 해결되지 않을 시 환불 요청하겠습니다.
