Request to cancel automatic payment
It was automatically paid for 1 year automatically on the app, but there is no customer center, so I don't know how to solve it. Among the languages the app support, Korean is also included, and even if I ask the developer in Korean, they answer in English. Please correct this part, too.
업데이트 이후에 텍스트파일 불러오기를 인식하지 못합니다
업데이트 전에는 잘 됐는데 빠른 시정 부탁드립니다. 너무 불편하네요 I appreciate your fast feedback. Still, it doesnt work. Although i updated the file to newest version. I used to access my google drive account and load txt files. A few weeks ago it worked just fine. However now it says “wrong file type” and claims to “choose txt file”. I hope you guys solve this problem asap.
작동이 전혀 안됩니다
최근까지 잘 쓰고 있었는데 촬영 도중에 자꾸 앱이 강제종료되는 현상이 나타나서 아예 이용을 못하고 있네요. 1년 유료 결제까지 했는데 못 쓰고 있는 상황입니다. 빠른 해결 부탁드리고 해결되지 않을 시 환불 요청하겠습니다.
무료체험 후 pro 일년결제되어서 취소요청드립니다.
결제 취소하려고해도 1년 뒤 취소가되어 오늘 붏 취소요청드려요
