У мене вкрали гроші з профілю а їм плювати
Три рази поспіль протягом 2024 року у мене знімали гроші за паркування, хоча я не знаходився в Іспанії (я користувався додатком у 2023 році саме в Іспанії). І прикро навіть не те, що мій профіль вкрали і користувались ним, а те, що компанія ніяк не відреагувала, взагалі 0. Через цей випадок банк заблокував всі мої банківські карти.
Додаток як і сама компанія повний відстій, їм плювати на безпеку своїх користувачів.
Не залишайте свої банківські карти цьому додатку.
Fraudsters
I booked parking for three days and paid 24 euros. activated express entry. BUT when I arrived at the parking lot, the gate did not open automatically, there is a room on the parking lot that says "Telpark", but there is never anyone there. so I had to go to the parking lot and pay it as usual with a ticket. I contacted the support service, but no one has answered for two days. I was simply cheated by Telpark scammers

In 2021, I used this app to pay for parking for a rental car in Spain. Afterward, I didn’t use the app and deleted it. However, in 2023, I noticed an automatic charge from the app on my card. I received an email stating that the charge originated from the territory of Portugal. I cannot log into the app because I live in Ukraine, and the app doesn’t allow usage from my country. The charge occurred twice before I blocked my card. Later, I received an email from the company, stating that it is normal because I hadn’t deleted the data about the rented car. Now, another person using the same car can automatically pay for parking with my card. The company refuses to refund these charges, insisting it is our fault.

Muchisimo cuidado
No se hacen responsables de problemas, si la app falla, no puedes extender el ticket o cualquier problema, te indican que deberías haber usado el parquímetro. Si no queréis sustos mejor no utilizarla porque te llevas la sorpresa de denuncia
Mal sistema de cobro
Tardan demasiado en cobrar y en caso de necesitar volver a aparcar muchas veces al no efectuar el cobro, el sistema no permite realizar un nuevo aparcamiento.
Por lo demás, muy buen servicio.
