Unable to login again - the Telpark customer service team did not realize after explaining that a European rented car is not my car and that any anyone that uses the same car will have to access got your credit card and charge your account. Happy to clap back any day

Does not allow me to login nor recover password. It continues to charge my credit card even though I no longer am in possession of the rental car.

If you are a foreigner traveling to Portugal, I would NOT recommend using this app. The support people did not want to deal with an English-speaking customer. The major issue we have with this company is that there is no in-person help after normal working hours. So, if you have any issues, as we did, you are out of luck. You can't wait for an email for the next day when you need to park right away. The parking lots were NOT staffed after hours, but only remotely. The remote staff (available via a speaker button at the parking facility) would not help at all. It would have been very easy to resolve but they did not want to help at all. We had to spend another $30 to park that evening.

This app will continue to charge you just based on the car. So if it’s a rental, you will start getting charged for other people using the same rental car! They don’t need a password. There’s no password they need. You are not asked to authenticate it. And Telpark does not let you cancel easily. I have been trying to stop it for an entire day and I’m still being charged for someone else’s parking! No response from Telpark!

This app will charge your card again even when you stop using the app. I just can’t believe it given that the country (Portugal) puts it on their parking street sign legally. And then the card charges you illegally. It charged me months later when I was in another country and not using this app at all. I contacted their customer service and it was not to any use. It was a waste of time and money. Be careful with this app and if you end up using it then monitor every transaction and contact your bank institution for any extra charges.

Horrible experience having paid for a “guaranteed” parking spot with possibility to modify the reservation, only to arrive to a full parking lot and have to wait until a place opened up (over an hour).

No support. No way to cancel or remove payment information. Do not use this company-you will regret it.

Not recommended. The interface of this application with the parking lots does not work. After making a parking reservation through the App and paying in advance, I arrived at the parking lot and the parking cameras did not identify my license plate so I had to pay a total of $67 instead of the $23 I originally had to pay. Customer service is a joke. This is a theft.

Account getting fraudulent charges. Impossible to contact. Don’t use Telpark!!

My parking app/account was used fraudulently today. I am no longer in Portugal I haven’t been there in the last three months), and I was charged for parking today. The security of your customers’ account information is sorely lacking.
