Don’t understand why agencies use this app, we can’t do anything on it without it crashing and glitching. Most unreliable stressful thing to deal with on top of trying to look for a rental. This has been an ongoing issue for YEARS.

I bought the ultimate membership on the website, but it doesn’t apply to the app. Also, I have to log in multiple times a day to this app even though I didn’t close it.

I tried this app on two different iphones 11 max pro and iphone 13 pro. The app constantly keeps logging me out and then requires two factor authentication everytime I open the app. It is so annoying! This is just a tenancy app, why does it need two factor authentication, I am not saving my bank details here. And Whatsup with logging out issue? I am switching to domain if you don’t fix it soon.

My main reason is that it requests a lot of information during the application process even if you haven’t been approved for the property. It will contact your references and notify your current realtors BEFORE you are even approved for a property! This means people receive multiple references for applications and the real estate are made aware that you’re looking for other places. Complete invasion of privacy and makes those who are looking for a new rental explain to their bosses or realtors that they will receive multiple reminders for reference checks. They should only be notified when the owner has APPROVED an applicant.

I like what they have attempted to do but it’s just a failure. App constantly logs out you and forgets your saved search meaning you have to spend 5 mins setting it back up every time you want to check the address for the inspection your going too. Allows you to set up groups to apply with but doesn’t allow you to share inspections etc with the groups. Let’s you apply but doesn’t even hyperlink back to the add when applying/ after you’ve applied so you can refresh your memory.

Almost everyday without a missed this app will ask me to enter my credentials AGAIN and AGAIN…. This is quite frustrating I must say, and I have notice a lot of reviews are complaining about this issue and yet nothing is being done about it. Please fix this issue!!!!!

The worst app I have ever used..glitchy as hell. Buttons freeze.saved information disappears and hidden functions

I think its pretty telling when the developer is asking repeatedly for more info on what is a common problem for users. And yeah i work in tech but asking for more information on something you can see is common is a waste of their time. And this app is a waste of mine. It logs you out continually. It doesn’t remember your preferences It doesnt show all properties. It doesnt actually sort When youre sorted on most recent, and you refresh, it still doesnt show you the most recent properties Worst of all its probably collecting data to be misused and abused by the australian property industry.
