Missing key routes on the app for no reason

Bought a ticket last night and app login page is broken today. Not reliable

Two weeks now and still missing my route. Even after being told via email it would be sorted it hasn’t been. Absolute joke!!!!!!

Why can’t you search for a bus route in app, having to know which bus Company to use and than know which bus route/number is ridiculous when your in a place you’re not familiar with, should be just able to select your starting point and end destination

The app will randomly sign you out so be cause of this before boarding your bus. The user interface is clunky and slow, sometimes tickets don’t even appear after purchase.

Keeps logging me out when I am about to get on the bus and then when I log back on I just lose my ticket I bought #scam#badapp#uptheriding

Signs me out of my account every 2 days which is very annoying, and there’s no option to bulk-buy single-use tickets, and if you buy tickets without waiting 60 seconds after each purchase, your next purchase fails, so basically buying 10 tickets takes 10 minutes.

Crashes at least once every use, was told that they would fix my route but still can’t buy a ticket for it 2 months later

Was working good until now , I buy a ticket and activate it and it’s not showing my ticket but shows I have it activated
