A customer- centric application would not require the cashier to watch the customer repeatedly tap “Redeem”. For a progressive restaurant chain, Thanx seems inconsistent with Flying Star’s image.

I followed all the steps, got the app all set up. I didn’t realize I had to load every single card I use when dining into the app! Super dumb! We only use a couple of cards but sometime my hubby pays and sometime I pay - it’s the same account but still if I don’t have his card loaded in the app I/we won’t get the credit. Idea - maybe require QR codes on the receipt that can be cross referenced to the app so I don’t have to go through the hoops of adding every card I use! 💡 What happens if I get a new credit card - I have to go and update this app?! Super super super dumb!
