This app is for users of The Customer Factor who are looking for an easy way to schedule, view, and edit appointments. Each appointment is connected to google maps and apple maps making navigation from appointment to appointment a breeze. You can also create/email/print estimates and invoices and mark invoices as paid.
We're always adding new features to the app. Some recent feature releases include a signature feature where you can capture signatures, a photo feature giving you a way to easily take photos from within the app or upload photos from your phone, a completely searchable database, credit card processing, an "I'm on the way" text messaging feature, discount options, ability to email general emails (with or w/o attachments) to your prospects and customers and much more. Plus we have a time tracking feature and a clock in/clock out feature available!

The Guy is a FREAK SHOW - Holding My Data Hostage

This guy is a completely unhinged, scary, crazy lunatic. He is holding my data hostage and has not released it to me, despite his promise to do so. This is the response I got when I asked him if I had been provided access to my account during a month I had not been checking it (Keep in mind I was asking IF I had access to my account during that duration; and if I were being charged for a service I potentially was not being provided. And he totally flipped); “Hi there, Do you really think we monitor who does what at what times and what days or weeks? This is a SUBSCRIPTION based service which means it requires a subscription. That doesn’t mean someone can just willy nilly take a month off and then come back on board whenever they feel like it. Sorry. So we’re supposed to know a user took let’s say aug 1 to aug 10 off and then subtract that from the monthly pay because the user wasn’t using CF? How about the folks with snow. Should they just all take off for a few months and then come back in April? I mean that makes absolutely no sense and would create a logistical nightmare. Again, it’s a subscription. I’ll be glad to cancel your account since you do seem to want to pay whenever you actually use the software. There are other programs out there which charge more and I believe they may have the pause option that you want, so you can pause and resume however often you would like. At our pricing model (especially at your grandfathered in pricing) we cannot provide this. You do realize it’s 34.95 per month, right? With programs that have pause/resume options you will ultimately be paying higher fees but if that’s what you need then I recommend you do that. So I’ll start the process of canceling the account. I’ll have all your data exported and sent to you asap. Thanks for your patronage.”

Everyone looks for the best CRM. They all have their gods and bad points. There is no perfect CRM. This one is constantly improving , the customer service is top notch, I have been using it for 10 years. It runs my business of 9 employees just great.

Since doing the new update, I get logged out at random and can’t log back in. Sometimes once I am able to log back in, it’s a completely different version and I can’t see any of my appointments.

I have been a customer and have loved using this. Steve was so great to work with. Until he quit us. I have emailed 7-10 times, called 15 plus times, since AUGUST and no response! I don’t understand. I just don’t understand at all. I don’t understand. I need help and nobody there to do.

This app, while not perfect, is an incredible value to me and my service business (Pressure Washing). It has allowed me to grow from owner/operator to running multiple crews with a supervisor. So much thought has been put into creating this app and it’s interface. Well worth the money and if there’s something you don’t understand, they will walk you through it….the owner / creator of this software often answers the phone himself and ALWAYS takes the time to make sure you understand how to use the App / Software and that you’re getting the most out of it! How’s that for customer service?

Since the update you can’t just easily click and upload photos. If you take multiple pictures while in the app you can as long as you select the option to use the camera while in app. I don’t always do that option because I have to put notes in the app while taking pics for my job. I have had to tap the upper section when trying to upload and watch it add more pics that are not needed for the job I’m looking at. After multiple taps it will finally upload the selected pics from camera roll on my phone.

As someone else mentioned, I have no clue why this app is pushed so hard on Facebook contractor groups. I got this app when I was first starting out and didn’t know any better, and it felt like I was using a cheaply designed 30-year-old computer program. Many features didn’t work properly, or at all, and I found that I got to actually use 50% or less of the features sold to me when I signed up. It’s a pain to use compared to other programs, especially considering what this guy tries to charge- for reference, I now use a $4/month invoicing app that integrates with my payment processor and a free calendar app and I’m infinitely happier than I was paying $50/month for this, and both of them combined have as many useful features as The Customer Factor and give more professional results. I can type out and send an estimate or invoice in 2-3 minutes now compared to 15+ on this clunky garbage. To cap off my experience with a less-than-mediocre, overpriced app, when I finally decided to cancel and emailed TCF, the customer service was terrible and the guy who owns the app was extremely rude and waited until I was billed an extra month to cancel for me then immediately deleted my account even though I was charged for the month. Pretty terrible experience from top to bottom, there are free apps that are better than this and you won’t have to deal with the ridiculous cancellation process if you decide the app isn’t for you.
