Lost control and connection to my base in 224

This is a awesome game but it is not allowing me to to start fresh but it is a awesome game but I need help trying to start fresh

I have approached Babil games to delete my Data three times. You start on their website and give them you game name and ID number than you receive an email in which they ask the same questions again . They also ask what your issue is . I politely replied with the info again and expressed that there was no issue with the game . My second email is always that the Ticket was closed . I also have another player in the game which I can’t access via facebook anymore. Like baby reindeer they just don’t let go of you .They are not helpful. Terrible

Greedy devs, glitches beyond belief, customer support doesn’t care at all…. Save your money and if you want to spend it, don’t spend it here.

The game crashed a few days ago. Nothing will work, no update corrects the issue. Game support continuously sends vague and impossible questions to help fix the issue. I would be considered a “whale” in this game with the amount of money I spent and zero help. Do not spend a dime on this game. Find something with a real support staff. From Stillfront Games down to Babil it’s a racket.
