Very clumsy and dull app. You would expect that your dining will be rewarded in the Ivy system after using their app for booking. What a surprise - not really. Is it a joke and intentional method to avoid your ranking?

I’ve had the rewards app since launch, and have since spent over £250 in various Ivy locations. Despite giving my membership number to staff as the bill was presented (and them taking it away with this number), I’ve only received reward points from one small bill. What’s more, the app constantly logs me out. It seems like such a strange thing to launch an app, with a system that doesn’t really reward you. By my maths I should have at least 5 times the amount of points that I do. I used to love the Ivy, but rising prices, mediocre food and now poor customer service (I sent my bank statements to the contact us department but they said there was nothing they could do without the original receipts - I don’t have receipts from 18 months ago!). A bit of goodwill would have gone a long way, and you’ve lost a loyal customer.

Had a wonderful birthday meal at The Ivy yesterday. Superb food and friendly, courteous, impeccable service. Atmosphere and decor luxurious. It’s absolutely THE place to be.

The points you collect in the restaurant never make it onto the app - and I don’t keep the receipts all the time

Info clear and easy to understand hoping my first visit to the Ivy’s restaurant will not be my last.

On the 19th October 2024 I along with my family had a meal in your restaurant. Outstanding food service and the lad who was assigned to our table just at another level. Well done to all the staff in The Ivy take a bow on how I and my family were treated. We will defo be back 👏👏👏

What a celebration for food and style. This restaurant always delivers good friendly service& quality food. One of our party had severe nut allergy. We were told that all our food would take a little longer as it would all be prepared separately. We really appreciated this thoughtfulness.

All The Ivy restaurants are wonderful! Lovely welcoming and well-dressed staff, fabulous cocktails, superb food and great decor. The only downside is the music is always too loud for an enjoyable conversation across the table; having to speak loudly is not fair on your customers. No music, or light and not too loud music would be much better. Other than the music issue, everything about The Ivy is really fabulous!
