Unlike almost every other base building strategy game of the type, this one has a time limit. It makes it far more fun for new players and means that you aren’t immediately overmatched and used to farm resources for stronger players. It means you can focus on your own style of play and enjoy the tactical side of it from your first download. My favourite version of the genre for my phone, by quite some distance.
1.0 perfect now I log back in after a year or two and 2.0 has ruined the game it’s no good
Played the game 1.0 and now 2.0 and I agree with the other reviews the game did take a backward step , however the community is great and will help you, you’ll start off getting steam rolled every PvP you come across but stick to if if you can
Used to be great but now, as many others have said already, it's pay to win game
Well with the latest update it wiped my account from my device making me unable to play or retrieve my account back again. It threw me straight into a new game with a new account instead of the one I have spent my time and dedication on. Customer service is a farce as I’m still waiting for a response 2 days later to acknowledge the fault and attempt to retrieve my account. Not a good luck for paying customers and will NOT be investing anymore money or as much time into this again. The game is only ok if you are prepared to spend real money, which I’m not a big spender so I pretty much get tossed around like a ball for the entirety of the server. Ps, did I mention customer support that I am STILL waiting for somebody to contact me to retrieve my account YOUR latest server wiped from me?….
This game is pay to play.
Like others, I really enjoyed this when it first came out, pay-to-win existed, but you could def get by without. But following a series of changes, that’s all changed. Unless you’re prepared to 1. Spend a lot of money, 2. Spend a LOT of time monitoring this game, you’ll be steam-rolled over very quickly with little hope of a reprieve. F2P doesn’t exist in reality, even spending a few tens of £/$ isn’t enough, you need to hundreds of £/$ and hours for this to be a meaningful attempt at the game. I gave 2 stars only for the artwork, map, characters, buildings & interesting twist on an otherwise cookie-cutter game.
The game is captivating, with many interesting levels.
The best mobile game I have ever played possibly the best to exist at the present moment only problem I have is keeping up with the developers updating it. A lot gets changed but still other than that I have no other issues
1.0 version the best mobile game. 2.0 is probably the worst.
