Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Workouts are so fun, lots of challenges and variety depending on your fitness level, phase of life, time constraints. Real time workouts keep you focused and the coaching keeps you engaged. Would highly recommend!

I love the workouts and plans. The full body split makes it easy to hit everything and I love the real time coaching. The variety in the workouts, both moves and formats, also keeps things really interesting.

So many at home workout apps are body weight only and not very challenging. With this app I get challenging workouts that help me make progress using limited equipment. I love that every workout is follow along as I do much better with that than written workouts.

Followed Abby for years but Initially I had a hard time creating my own workout plans based off her YouTube video workout ideas, but The Team Plans changed that. The app is so organized and easy to use, and the workouts themselves include warmups and really innovative moves so I’m never bored and the time just flies by! Really appreciate the Pilates hybrid mixed with weight training workouts as someone with hormonal issues needing low impact but still wanting a challenge. Favourite new way to workout!

I really enjoy the format! I love that there are plans that progress for at least 4 weeks split into days. There is new content and workouts so ir doesn’t get boring and repetitive. It really helps that it’s though follow-along video format where Abby is doing the excercises in real time - makes me feel not alone and also she keeps pointing out things to keep in mind while doing the excercises - form, breathing, what and where you should be feeling excercises. These have been the only workout’s I’ve been able to stick to and also the only workouts where I have actually seen gains. The app is simple and easy to use, the desktop version has some bugs sometimes where a day duplicates and doesn’t show the correct video, but then I do the workout from the phone because it shows correctly there. I’ve been consistently using Teh Team Plans for a year now and don’t see any reason to stop. Thank you, Abby!

So pleased Abby released this app. Super functional, has all of my favourite workouts, and a ton of new content too! There’s great ways to increase difficulty, and improve every aspect of your fitness (cardio, strength, mobility, flexibility, recovery. EVERYTHING) My only request would be to add an option that shows which workout I did last- “resume” shows ones I did recently, but also includes ones I’ve never done before, so that isn’t quite it.

I started using Abby’s app after using a different influencers app for quite some time. The Team Plans app was such a refreshing change! I love the quick, yet effective “functional” style workouts. I started with the 2.0 program and almost felt like I wasn’t working very hard throughout the workout, until I was bent over the sink washing my face afterwards and my glutes were shaking! Abby and her team definitely not disappoint!
