I love how many cool features the app has but most importantly the part where you can schedule your workouts. It really has helped me keep consistent.
I love the app, it’s so easy to navigate and pick a workout. However I wish there was a way to edit weights used/added. There have been a few times where I’ve accidentally input the wrong weight used and then it gets a little messy with not being able to delete or change anything

This app is the best workout app I’ve ever used and I’ve tried a fair share of them. There is so much variety when it comes to the workouts available, it has an amazing women based community and we can talk workouts to relationship. Heidi did an absolute amazing job with this app and I will continue to use it, and I highly recommend anyone who is looking to start their fitness journey but doesn’t necessarily know how to try this app out!
This is the only app that’s ever worked for me. The workouts are nicely done and easy to follow. Lots of variations in the workouts too. I love how it has timers and sets for each excerise and a place to put the amount of weights. The period tracker is also a huge bonus
This app is the reason I am looking forward to working out every morning. It’s comprehensive and intuitive. The ability to easily sub-in other exercises if something is too difficult is so useful and helps me feel like I can still complete each workout. The workouts are well done and varied. I love the way I can watch a little video of how to do each exercise while I’m doing the workout to make sure I stay on form. Building in rests between each round helps prevent injury. The period tracker is also an amazing additional function. For a while I had been using the fitness app by Mari called Slay and it was good but I find this one to be even better!! I like the workouts more and the functionality is more intuitive for me. Highly recommend!!!
When I first joined Grounds in December, I absolutely loved the workouts and food tracker. The app's aesthetic appeal was also a pleasant surprise. Since then, Grounds has made significant improvements by adding new programs, hosting challenges, introducing more workouts, including a message board, and even incorporating a mental cycle tracker. However, my favorite feature remains the exercise substitute tool, which caters to all fitness levels and offers equipment options such as bodyweight and bands. Overall, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Grounds and highly recommend it.
I have tried a few different fitness apps and I think this is a 5 star app for sure. It encompasses everything you need in one. Fitness, nutrition and female health. It’s very descriptive and videos help for the workouts. My only suggestion would be to add warmup and cooldown moves with each workout. Worth the low cost for sure.
Good app but needs improvement. I’d like to build my own custom workouts, eg. How many sets/superset of whatever workouts I choose plus number of reps, etc. also, for the macro tracking, I’d like to be able to see the total macros of each meal, not just for the whole day.
