I am very happy that I ordered online which I couldn’t find in my local store. Great online shopping experience

The app was easy to use Wasn’t sure about the different delivery fees

Why is it that something as basic as a range of cat food isn’t available in local store and has t been for months and so I have to pay to have it sent to the local store. The ordering/stock policy at twh needs a rethink because the supermarkets have stock, why doesn’t this place?

I really love the item locator, helped a lot!! Also like the price checker, it’s awesome. But hate loading spinner on every page, especially going back from 2nd to 1st which it was already loaded but it tries to load again

Not happy about there hold policy, went in to pay cash for large TV, They wouldn’t hold it for me so I can arrange a vehicle to pick up In one days time as it was taking room up on the floor, even if they could of put sold on it, I could do it online for a click and collect but they will charge me $30 to hold it as it’s a large item , But was then told I could SHOP elsewhere.not happy at all Warehouse,,,,, What happened to customer service Angry customer Sharon

I was in New Lynn store @8:25 . The way online pick up counter girl express her work frustration on me is not good. Please satisfy your staff they are taking angry on us. This never happens for us in glenfiled mall. Tks

Wonderfully easy to using on the App

Since I last used the app there have been lots of changes and I have found it difficult to navigate.

Suddenly, warehouse adds $2.99 for shipping to the store. It hardly seems fair if they don’t keep their stock levels up to demand. Not happy about this in the current market. Otherwise a good app.
