The Warehouse - Shop and Save

Apps and on line purchasing is now the most important medium for consumer spending. Before COVID I didn’t much bother with on line, preferred in store inspection but this system makes it SIMPLE, fun even , to buy stuff from my kitchen, lounge and yes, bedroom even. Chappo The Warehouse. Take a victory lap. Well deserved.

Gets annoying when you can’t just search something and the drop down menu always pops up and you have to pick something or it “can’t find it” and sometimes it’s not even what your looking for.

I have ordered exactly the same thing before a few weeks ago but either the payment didn’t go through because I am fairly sure the money went out of my account and the items never arrived so I have to order and pay for them again.

I gave the app a 4 this time because there is a special on and it said it was available at my store but I can’t purchase it as a click & collect I tried calling the store and there was no answer & no option to request a call back the sale runs out tonight.

I liked the partnership passcode with Westpac to complete my purchase.

Why when you update your cart it loads soooo slow. My connect is next level fast. The cart lags so badly.

Worked for the warehouse when you only had a couple of shops Loved the place then and still enjoy shopping in it even though it has changed immensely

Viewing your cart section is laggy for me/ takes a while to load

Tried at least 8 times to get to the payment section. Also I selected items in stock at the store I was picking up from but had to pay $3.99????? That’s a bit of a rip off
