TheWKOUT is THE BEST fitness platform out there! I am amazed at the amount of work and effort Lisa puts into making it such a unique and awesome experience. Every day (LITERALLY) is a new workout, every month is a new challenge. There are so many options to chose from! When traveling recently I didn't have any weights, but I was able to find a ton of options for bodyweight sequences, as well as Bike and treadmill series! Lisa has something for everyone - regardless of whether you lift heavy or not, whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced athlete, whether you are looking for burning Max kcal or are in the mood for yoga. I don't think I will ever go to another exercise platform, because TheWKOUT is simply the best!
No other program kicks my butt in the way that TheWKOUT does! Lisa and Theresa are two super motivational women that bring it every single week with a variety of exercises. You get combat, cardio, strength, resistance, hiit, spin, yoga, and everything in between. And not only do they set you up with a workout, but they do it with you sweating and pushing themselves to their max. I average 500-600 calories burned in an hour. They constantly ask for feedback for workouts and then do what’s requested. Above all these two are just wonderful people and have built an incredibly social workout program with Facebook, instagram, and the website. It’s really a family. This is THE ONLY program you need.

If you are looking to stay fit, change your body for better, or sweat this is the place to be! The trainers Lisa and Teresa are professional and educated. They are also a lot of fun to follow along with. You really CAN NOT go wrong with The Wkout!
I have worked out for most of my life and I started to get very bored with most programs doing, saying and behaving in the exact same ways. Same programs, with little innovation and same feeling of in-authentic or scripted trainers. I found Lisa through a friend and have been training "with her" for about 8 years and I will Never train with anyone else again (woops, I also like to train with her sister Teresa!) Lisa keeps her workouts fresh, New, authentic and real. It is so refreshing every day to be with a real person and real program that is flexible for anyone no matter where you are starting in your workout journey. All these years, I have Never been bored. I always look forward to Lisa's fresh takes on life and workouts. She is seriously, a light in my life that has helped me through many things. There are tons of options on this app, for every level and person. Start where you are at, she will help guide you through it all.

I have followed Lisa for years but honestly found her previous platform became less appealing to me. This however, has her own spin on it and since subscribing I have found I use this current platform more than I ever did the other. The previous platforms exercises were too complicated. Both of the sisters give you a GOOD functional workout. I love how they outline the workout so you know what to expect. I’m in my late forties and will never look like them but I feel stronger and more confident since using the app. They give you plenty of modification and a nice balance between doable cardio and strength. Well worth the try.
There’s so much variety here! You know when you get tired of doing the same kind of workout over and over? That will definitely not happen here. You get CrossFit style workouts, HIIT, time caps, tabatas, spinning and yoga Definitely would recommend to everyone, Lisa and Teresa will not disappoint!
I don’t know how this app is so cheap. Every single week you get new workouts, at least 8. What makes this so great is that Lisa is training with you so when she’s dying you’re dying, when she says her legs are sore from yesterday so are yours. There is so much content on the app that you can pick your own workouts if you don’t want to stick to the weekly she posts. Her sister Teresa is just as amazing. They are funny and real and it feels like you’re working out with a friend. I was doing CrossFit and kickboxing but had to stop bc of my schedule and needed to workout from home. These workouts are just as good if not better than what I got at my box. I knew I could workout just as hard at home but I couldn’t find the right app or DVD to help me. I’m so happy I found Lisa. She gives options if you don’t have the same equipment and options for beginners. But if you’re advanced she pushes you! The different variations of workouts help change your body bc muscle memory can work against you. Anything you need is here, strength, circuit, bodyweight, cardio, step, kickboxing, yoga, bike, tips and too much more to list. Seriously the best workout app I’ve ever downloaded and I’ve probably gone through 90% of them.
