At the end of each day my app freezes and won’t let me progress. I have to reboot my iPhone in order to clear the screen. I suspect the app developers have not kept up with the latest versions of IOS but still let customers purchase the app.
This app froze on day 11. The only instructions about how to unfreeze it are available when the app work….. no help at all so I had to wipe the data and start again. 11days later the same thing happened again and once more it isn’t fixable. This is no good at all..
App keeps freezing and I have to keep deleting and downloading it again which then resorts in me having to start again from day one ☹️
Love this app, find the video’s motivating. Particularly the panic button and tools to help with cravings. Well worth downloading - I’m not doing all elements of his plan at the moment but am using the tools to help me keep motivating and on track.
The content seems good but sadly the reviews about the app freezing are accurate. Mine totally froze and stuck on a plain green screen 8 days into a 21 day plan. Restarted the app several times and even hard reset my device but it didn’t help. Bit annoying at £7.99!

I’m on latest IPhone. Have to delete and install then lose all history . Expect better
This is such a disappointment as the first day was brilliant but day 2 screen has frozen and just repeats first sentence over and over ! No dismiss button and can’t get to main screen. The App Store has no help can’t contact anyone and what complete waste of money seems pointless buying it again as assume it will happen again as other people have found the same, wish I’d read reviews first. I’m a mindvalley member and love Paul McKenna he should not be associated with this rubbish app to tarnish his incredible reputation.
As others have said - the app freezes after about 3 days and cannot be unlocked with their instructions. Such a disappointment and not a good advertisement for Paul McKenna
