No WiFi-can’t view videos
Installed at Best Buy. Bluetooth connects but the camera will not connect via WiFi to an iPhone. Making its application useless. I’ve tried multiple iPhones as well as airplane mode. Do not buy.

Connection issues
Dashcams that use a wifi connection can be finicky to work with. Not because of the dashcam but because the phone recognizes the wifi network you’re connected to (the dashcam) cannot access the internet. After about a minute, the phone will secretly DISCONNECT from the dashcam in favor of cellular or a nearby wifi network with “Auto-Join” checked. It will still show you’re connected to the dashcam WiFi network but when you open a web browser and are able to load a website, you clearly have been switched off! You MUST prevent your phone from disconnecting from the dashcam!! Easiest way to stay connected is to turn off “Auto-Join” on any familiar networks nearby, join the dashcam WiFi network through the app, wait like 15s for the “This network is not connected to the internet” message and select “Stay connected” (iPhone 12). Bam now your phone wont boot you off the dashcam network.
Works fine once settings adjusted!
I thought it was garbage until I went through the troubleshooting and adjusted apple settings (Local Network enabled) and then everything worked great and fast! No clue why this isn’t communicated better to users but the app simply won’t work unless these settings are enabled and they are not by default. Took a star off for poor instructions.
Terrible
App does absolutely nothing. I can connect and that’s as far as it goes. When you try to download something, it just spins in circles absolutely nothing works on it.
Does not update when the app is open
This app is getting worst day by day , it does not update the percentage when the app is open anymore, you have to close the app and open it back again
Live feed does not work
Connecting the phone to the dash cam does not work for live feed or for obtaining footage. Useless app.

Since the most recent app update I am unable to download videos. iPhone 16 pro max iOS18

Pretty Good
This app is a lot better than the one for the u1000. Way easier to use and more user friendly.
