Absolute nightmare of a customer service. Lazy and just copy and paste the same generic text. They are not involved at all. Pretty sure they just do not give a damn. If you need an invoice you have to contact the restaurant directly. I could not reach the restaurant by phone and when I sought help from customer care they just shrugged me off and offered zero help whatsoever. And I mean zero help. Just copy and paste go phone the restaurant and if that doesn’t help well you are on your own. Wow. Unprofessional. Do not use for business.
The customer service for the app is really poor when they get the order wrong, which is quite frequently. Using this app is becoming a last resort for when there are no other options.
I had the exact same experience as other users which goes back 4+ years. The app provides no benefit once your food has been order. You cannot track, the time estimates don’t mean anything, and there is no support functionality. I ordered food and was quoted 45 - 60 minutes. After 2.5 hours + my food still hadn’t arrived. There was no way of reaching the restaurant and thuisbezorgd wouldnt respond either. After days of waiting they responded saying that whatever the restaurant says, goes. I offered proof to show that the food never arrived however as long as the restaurant said they delivered it, no proof was necessary. They then told me if I didn’t like it, I should just contact the restaurant myself and eventually stopped replying to my emails. At this point I had already spoken to the restaurant who had no intentions of giving me my money back because why would they. If you actually want to receive your food, or would at least like to get your money back if you don’t (which has happened to many users), I would use any other platform, because it will not happen with this company.

The app constantly updates to current location, even overrides sometimes when you update it and reopen. Customer service unwilling to refund or even credit accounts. Happened on 3 separate occasions. I’m done and will only use Uber ears from now on
Amazing quick order
Ordered from this app and the food never arrived. Never got my refund either.
