I have downloaded this app in Amsterdam to get some food. Never received my products. Help center in app is useless, only bot is answering you, which can't do anything. restaurant contacted me next day and told me that they closed early and that's why they did not deliver my products (how is that even excuse?) and offered to deliver it next day. Of course I did not need those products next day afternoon. I have asked for refund and they said that I should ask for refund in app. App bot only got to the point where it would send my info to team to check what happened to my order and nothing ever happened. I lost 30€, my nerves and energy for nothing. worst delivery app experience I have ever had in any country. useless help center with dumb bot.

I don’t like it when Apple Pay comes up automatically and it’s less than clear how to change payment methods. Feels like trickery, stop it.

I think I should’ve read the reviews before hand. I’ve been waiting on my food for a little while now and it still is telling me 45+ minutes. I have no idea if my food is going to show up or not. I’m hungry, and I’m not from here, nor do I speak the language so it’s a slight struggle trying to get food. I dont know I’ll update if I actually recieve my food in edible conditions.

If your order shows up, great. If it doesn’t there is no way to get help or alert them.

Every time I try to place an order it says it is unable to deliver to my address. I have my address set, why is it showing me options that can't deliver to me? Also, items only available during certain times are not listed in the item description, so I put an order together, and when I go to check out, I find out I am not able to order those at the time. Again, why is it showing me stuff I can't order? I tried to order from 4 different restaurants and gave up.

Twice I tried to order, both times order did not arrive. There is no live chat. They don’t get back to you in a timely manner. They owe me 70 euros for undelivered services but it is impossible to get in touch with them. On my last delivery, it seems that the delivery person did not feel like coming to my location and just said the order was delivered. Horrible service. Sketchy workers. Avoid at all costs!!
