Every single time I save the settings on the app, and after restart car(meaning the car camera will also restart). The settings will all be lost. Settings like: wifi password & sound on function which I daily uses. Really annoying to do the settings every single time! Please do something about the app. Thanks.

Wouldn’t mind paying a little just to get rid of the ads.

The video quality is great but if I purchase a product I don’t expect to have to watch a sales commercial for other products every time I log on.

This app is functional, but since 2020 the inclusion of ads is annoying. There is no in app purchase to get rid of them either. With the changes, I wouldn’t be surprised if the app doesn’t send video content somewhere without notifying the user. I’m forced to use this until I can find an alternative.l

So many ads, it’s a freaking dash cam for crying out loud wth is this about?

This is a terrible app. There are advertisements after advertisements. If you can find another app that works with your camera, it Hass to be better than this one.

App works horribly. Files take forever to download, watching live is glitchy, cant change time format to 12 hour. Theres annoying ads. I paid for this camera why am I getting ads in the app to use it. Ridiculous.

it seems that this app keeps getting worse and worse I can no longer save to the camera album because I get the "save to album failed" message. connecting to the camera to access. The DVR album has become tedious please fix.

I bought this dashcam for the sole reason of capturing disturbances to my vehicle however the collision/parking mode won’t stay on. Even with powering the camera down to save the settings it doesn’t work and I have wired the connection properly.
