I was skeptical going in because I had never heard of TicketIQ, but it really is the cheapest. I bought concert tickets a few months ago and compared to every other site I could think of. TicketIQ was the least expensive and I got my tickets quick. ❤️

I bought my NY Rangers playoff tickets here last season. There were no fees at all, it was easy to use and no surprises at checkout. No brainer and great app if you are looking to buy tixs with great prices.

Easy to search for tickets. Differentiator is ability to instantly see seat views as you hover from one section/ticket to the next. Great experience. Will use again.

TicketIQ has no added fees which makes them cheaper than any other ticketing site on here. Very quick and easy buying process as well. Will be my go to ticket app going forward.

I always use the TicketIQ app when I’m purchasing tickets for concerts or sporting events. I know exactly what I’m paying when I see the prices and it’s a very easy to use app. Highly recommend!

I purchased tickets and found 2 codes to use to help reduce the price. One was a promo code for 10% off, the other was a referral code for $20 off my purchase. After realizing I couldn’t use both I selected the $20 off as it would save me more. I clicked to finalize the purchase at the reduced price and was excited to save on my tickets. Then, I received my confirmation showing that Ticket IQ did not honor my $20 off but used my 10% instead. There was no notice to me before purchasing that the $20 off didn’t work and I did not agree to using the 10% off code and purchasing at that price. After consulting with customer service they told me that that is just what they do if a referral code doesn’t work. They take it off without notification to the purchaser and charge a different price than the customer believes they are paying. The end response to helping me out is “next time reach out to us before purchase so we can save you the most.” Not much of an offer when this information is readily available. They refuse to refund the difference that they charged me. What a rip off.
