Every couple of months I need to log in app doesn’t work. Very annoying. Thanks god my tickets are in my email.

The entire app is full of error. Almost wvery page is bugy. The login does not work, the auth and bot protection is not working, then I don’t see any tickets after login, so bad experience :(

Okay so what is this bullcrap ? I'm trying to log into the mobile app to get my tickets and it won't let me because they NEED from me to change my password ?? I created my account like 2 days ago and you want me to change my password already ??

I bought tickets for an Irish event via Ticketmaster.ie and downloaded this app to access them. The list of countries in the app does not include Ireland at all so I selected my home country, Czech Republic. I was able to log in using the same contact details as to my account on Ticketmaster.ie but the tickets are not available in the app and I am not able to change my country in Ireland. I'm uninstalling now.

horrible experience, unable to finish reservation or make a payment, all customers or fans - how they call them in support - are hostages of this rubbish company

Why can I not switch the region to UK when logging in? I cant access my tickets for a London show in the app🙃

The application says theyr servers dont work try again layer, after two hours still dont work

Hey, can I ask if is something wrong about signing up in the app and also in the Ticketmaster.at website right now??? I cant sign up nowhere right now and I requested a new password but the new password also not working and when I requested for password again, I didnt receive an e-mail with new password .. WHATS WRONG ?

It doesn’t work at all. I can’t even buy a ticket.
