Ticketmaster

Shocking to think that such a organisation has such an absolutely useless app. I live in New Zealand but I can’t even choose New Zealand as a country. I’ve got options like Poland or Switzerland or Sierra Leone . There’s only about nine countries to choose from. I can’t get hold of anybody at Ticketmaster. They make it very hard for you to get assistance, really bad . they need some competition. It seems.

Every time I want to log in it tells me I need to change my password. I've had the app for 3 days and have had to change my password twice. Will never use ticketmaster again.

I was forced to reset password upon login and could not edit the password. Had to use a laptop. Also very upset that I purchased tickets and can only use this app, and it doesn't even show the WR codes for the tickets I just bought. I'd rather they ditch the app and just email me the pdf of actual tickets.

I don’t understand why a company / event organiser would look at an app like this where the ratings show there are endless issues and still go ahead and use them. A system like this should not be failing on a simple sign up. My only access to my ticket is through the app. So now what? Who ever made the call to use this app for the Jimmy Carr act in South Africa should get fired.

Really easy to buy tickets for the best concerts and all the information is shown during the process. It’s safe and convenient! It’s definitely a 5 star review from me.

Terrible app. Servers are always clogged and the interface is poor. App doesn’t sync well with online system

The app is slow and clunky and now keeps saying “we can’t load your tickets right now” trying later does not help. What’s worse is the only way to get access to your tickets is through the app since they won’t even email them to you. It’s an idiotic ticketing system and I hope event organisers drop them because it’s extremely frustrating.

What an absolute disaster of an App. And I hate they give you no choice and force you to have it. I will be deleting it as soon as I have attended the CT7’s, and I will out of principle not buy tickets for an event where Ticketmaster are the suppliers. Impossible to create an account. Impossible to transfer tickets, everything about it is troublesome. Error after error and you have to sign in EVERY time you use it, but then, it won’t let you. If you can avoid it, do so at all costs.

At least there was a workaround for the app login problems of the past — thanks to the reset password option. Now, one cannot get past the new, compulsory sign-up feature — the sms simply doesn’t come. If I could give your app -5, it would not be enough. Seriously, how do you not get something as critical as signing-in, functional, in this day and age?
