Great app that gives a lot even for free and then all the professional features you need for business. My whishlist would be a bit more customization, but other than that this things the bomb!

I bought the premium version to try for a year. Wasn’t helpful for my business so I decided I’d cancel after a year. I didn’t realize it was set up to auto-renew and after I was billed a second time I reached out to billing for a refund and they told me they would not process it. I’m clearly not using the service, at all, and it’s an electronic product. Why wouldn’t you process a refund? Terrible customer service interaction…

Like wow! I use it when I run out of messages on chai it’s like chai but kinda better idk but good app!! 🫶🏾

This app has made my small business a big success. It has increased my conversion rate significantly. On the desktop mode I’ve set up many chat bots with promotions and engaging messages to increase my sales. Customers also feel happier being able to communicate with my customer service team and as a result they become buyers. It also helped me so much earlier in the game understanding my audience and also with reading their feedback of their shopping experience. I highly recommend this app to everyone with a small business. There’s so much you can do with it to increase your sales and taking care of customers is so much convenient and faster for the customer. Win win!

The app works really good and in real time, after doing the test. It instantly pops up on the phone when there is an interaction on your front end. Noice!
