Good app with a few issue that NEED to fixed. 1.) when you’re in an active chat, if a different visitor goes into your website and you’d like to click that one(from the notification bar at the top), It says “error something went wrong”. 2.) lately I can’t see what page the customer Is on and this is a new thing. Please fix these, especially the last!

You sometimes do not see visitors or even the chat widget I switched from tawk.to and it was a mistake i am going back to tawk.to

My husband owns his own home inspection company and added Tidio to his website. Of course just trying it out he purchased the lowest cost plan. It was ok for a while and then all of the sudden we kept getting notifications that users were on the website all night long. Nearly 100 a night! Come on man! So the package my husband bought allowed up to 500 visitors. So tell me why all the sudden this starts happening and then we get an email saying we need to upgrade because we have had 500 visitors. Someone working for Tidio has been going to our website almost a hundred times a nights for 5 nights at least. I would love to share the photos of my notifications so yall can see how crazy this is. You can’t tell me this is not a scam!!!
