Tiimo: Planning, focus & to do

It’s misleading that you have to sign up for a plan or trial to even view items. Wish you could try without signing up

Tiimo has been a huge help to me. I’m neurodivergent & I’ve downloaded tons of apps to try & help me but this is the only one that has worked for me. It turns off my other apps during work so you can concentrate on work instead of getting side tracked. I love that feature. Plus you can put everything in your schedule on the app and make it recurring or a one time event. Thanks Tiimo for your help!

This app is extremely glitchy and hard to use. They charged me before my free trial was even over and refused to give me my money back. I don’t even have access to the pro features, but yet they charged me for a year of pro. Do not buy from this app. They are a bunch of scam. Artists.

I never thought an app like this would help. I was wrong. This is excellent.

This app is everything you could hope for with a planner! I have ADHD so it’s easy to get off track and I love the notifications on the Home Screen that keep me on track and remind me what I should be doing. Thank you Tiimo!

I paid 28.99 for an annual membership. It renews in may 2025. I had to re sign in because this app constantly breaks - see other reviews. Anyways i click restore purchase and it doesn’t work on any device of mine. Best part is - no support links in app and the one here literally links to a website with an expired certificate - which wont open unless you disable important security options. Everything about this app has gotten progressively worse. I wont be renewing this app unless a developer reaches out and fixes this. If they do, ill update my review. Otherwise stay far away from the greedy amateurs.

Just too many bugs. I even paid for the year subscription but I deleted the app during the first month. The bugs made the app more of a time consumer than a time planner. And the constant nagging to turn on push notifications (despite declining for weeks) was maddening.

I have contacted Tiimo customer service department numerous times to request to formally issue a refund due to the application functions not working. Upon reaching out the second time, I was initially granted the refund however it was never issued. Today I contacted the company again via app chat and they referred me to request my refund from Apple. I contacted Apple support as it did not provide me the option to request a refund (it was not showing the app). I contacted support and they refused to issue a refund because it has been past two consecutive months. I explained the situation and Apple refuses to speak with me over the phone or provide additional ethical information regarding why this would be acceptable by any means. They provided a fake link on Apple chat. I have screenshots. This un fathomable. This is very highly suspicious fraudulent behavior for both Apple Inc and Tiimo. Seriously, the application itself $50 annually, and they hold no accountability on their part for the misconceptions and manipulation of making their customer wait to refer them to a third party that declines any authorization due to their inability to initiate or resolve concerns of their customers. Highly encourage you not to invest or even blink at this app. It’s an absolute waist of time, money and your energy.

Tiimo has some good stuff. I haven't used the app for months because I was so put off by the frustrating bugs when tried to add monthly bills. Today I realized that I really want to try to use an iPad/iPhone app for my primary calendar instead of a paper one... and it seems that tiimo ios doesnt have a week or month view. Only the desktop version has month view. This doesn't make sense. For an app that costs money and has SO MANY extra features, even courses... the absence of something so essential to planning makes me feel like I must not be human or have once again slipped into a dystopian universe. I can't confidently set daily goals in the morning or review and re-plan at the end of the day without seeing long term views! Like how can anyone? I have a great visual memory, but apparently this app is made for you the majority who can memorize and visualize all your long term goals, tasks, and events/appointments to the point you don't need to view them when daily planning and working. At least this app has taught me something about myself and my apparently unique inability. September 24: complete failure on first attempt to set up. I just updated to ios 18.1 and it will NOT save items i set to repeat on a monthly date (such as bills). I've tried multiple times and they keep resetting to "today / anytime" It's been over an hour and itks still not working. Truly bizarre. ALSO: There NEEDS to be a place to view different tasks/ events as chronological lists. Even in the first days of Apple and Google calandars you can click and unclick which categories we want to see show up - so we can choose to view everything in a list or on a monthly or weekly calendar or we can view different combinations of these subcategories : a. daily repeating / anytime tasks b. monthly tasks c. one time tasks It's so stupid I see all these random events that facebook or google adds like acquatinance birthdays or community events I'm not interested in but I can't click on them to make them go away. Come on now. This is basic planner type stuff! If this doesn't get fixed in the next 3 days, I'm going to need a refund, because this app will be completely worthless to me. I need something that can do all these things, otherwise I might as well just have a bunch of different free apps that only do parts of these things.

I really like this app it’s helped so much in keeping my days easier to manage. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because setting it up felt a little daunting but overall I would totally recommend it
