listens to users and constantly improves. they had a really weird update a month ago and it made the app really hard to use, i was pleasantly surprised after redownloading that they kept the new format but improved the efficiency (im guessing a lot of other people also hated it). alot of features that are missing or barred behind a paywall are available in this app, like task suggestions and repeat tasks, this app really makes planning easier compared to other day planning apps ive tried. the premium version is also reasonably priced but the app is absolutely usable without the premium. interface is clean, relatively intuitive and aesthetically pleasing. one of the best day planners out there for people with adhd.
I once loved this app and used it for everything. It helped me so much with my time blindness and gave me clear structure in my daily routine that was easy to follow and arrange. I raved about it to everyone, so much so that I paid for the full version. Now it’s not worth it at all after the update that got rid of routines. Not to mention, this happened with no warning, in the middle of my semester of my doctorate program. All that Tiimo recommends now is to give the tasks a try instead of routines. I am so serious when I say that having ONLY individual tasks is SO impractical. I had to split my normal routines up into individual tasks, but now if I add time to the current task, or want to move it to a later time, I have to move every single task that would have just been in my routine. Even just having to create so many little tasks in place of a routine is so time consuming!!! This is just NOT worth paying for anymore. It’s no better than any other scheduling/calendar app now. Tiimo, please do better, and listen to what your users with ADHD/autism are saying.
I used to love this app, but with every update they just make it worst and harder to use, going to try new app instead.
I was a loyal, daily user of this app for many years on a paid subscription until their most recent overhaul to how routines work. They also implied that if you didn’t update the app, this change wouldn’t affect you. I heavily relied on the time-based aspect for large routines (e.g. a morning routine) which was fantastic when used with my Apple watch. It was a massive game changer in terms of not losing track of time or tasks that needed to be done in a time crunch as a neurodivergent person. Their newest forced update to routines is frankly horrible, they’ve turned robust routines with timed aspects and notifications into a checklist - making this no better than writing down a list. I had a busy, time-sensitive morning routine all planned out for today and woke up to see it had turned into a checklist in the app, which was extremely jarring to say the least. I used to love this app but considering its geared toward neurodivergent folks, they sure do love to make massive design overhauls or change the entire system constantly which is a little ironic considering many neurodivergent people struggle with change and/or rely on routine heavily. Because of this latest update it looks like I’ll be cancelling my subscription after nearly 5 years, and going back to an old fashioned checklist. RIP to what was once the best planning app I’d ever used.
The routines kept me on task and helped with my time blindness and this app was superior to all other but now sadly the new update got rid of routines and now the app is no better than any other app.
I used to love Tiimo and used it daily as a premium subscriber, but the recent changes have undone what made this app so great. The ability to create tasks with checklists and group those multiple tasks under a routine is now gone. Any previously saved routines are now gone too. These features were essential for my productivity, and without them, the app feels much more limited. If you’re just looking for a simple task manager that adds tasks one-by-one, there are plenty of better alternatives. Unfortunately, Tiimo no longer stands out in the crowd.
The creators have thought of our uniqueness. They listen. They respond. And as the app grows, it just keeps getting better.
I love how it lets me make lists under each task in order to break down the task into manageable chunks. Plus AI can suggest chunks as well. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t seem possible to edit it when not connected to the internet. Since I use my planner all the time, I hope this is a bug that gets fixed so changes can be made locally and then synced when logged back into the internet. Otherwise it’s fantastic!!
For sub tasks need a time management. Like for morning schedule ill take 10 min for brushing and 20 min for shower then 10 min for breakfast. Itll help manage time even better
