Irresponsible company
I am foreigner and have been leaving Malaysia since March 2020. I kept paying my internet until June which was when I transferred my account to my Friend who is still living in Malaysia. He had fully paid his deposit and I should have been received my deposit refund immediately. However, I have not received any thing until now. I have been asking sooo many times to CS, and I did not get any resolution until now. TIME company is fully responsible for this case. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CUSTOMER MONEY FOR GRANTED. I have followed the account transfer process which make me accountable for refund deposit.
