My app got force close when accessing videos on local album. Please fix this

Hai dev team please fix one of the really annoying issue that I found with the most recent firmware 1.0.19ww The emergency record video settings triggered way too easy for every potholes and bump speed that I passing, eventho I set it for the lowest sensitivity but it feels like medium to high sensitivity. It’s very annoying since it’s makes the memory card full too fast, and I should delete it after each trip I took.

I used A800S n I found a few issues that very annoying 1. Why does downloading just 1 video take so long n sometimes the dashcam or application on my iphones gets stuck 2. why when I download the video the dashcam become really hot, n the dashcam often gets stuck 3. why is the wifi connection from the dashcam often disconnected n can't connect anymore, even though I checked the wifi connection it's still connected to the dashcam wifi, n finally the application on my iphone can't be used please fix it, why should I use a dashcam if it turns out that accessing the video results is very difficult, uh 😑
