For the love of god - if your app IS still working DO NOT UPDATE EVER. I updated four or five months ago and since then I am not able to reach my issues. I’ve been months jingling mails with the customer support and still nothing, nothing can be fixed. Welcome to the 21st century’s one of the biggest magazines app...

Really nice app

The app is great for reading the digital version of TIME. You can choose to see the articles as the magazine layout or as a version made for better reading on your device. Everything works great, login, download of articles and bookmarking.

The app sucks - again!

For some reason, Time Magazine just can’t get their act together. Whenever there’s an update, I can’t log in and end up in tedious email conversations with long reply times. It really, really, REALLY sucks. I paid my subscription for years, and every time it’s the same. And they can’t get their terminology right either. I’m asked in emails to use my ‘subscriber number’ but in the app to use my ‘account number’. Are these different numbers? Crap!

Can’t download after update

I’m signed in, but can’t access the issues without paying for them AGAIN!! The new update is literally sucks preferred the version before where I could actually access my subscription!!!!

Crashes on iOS8

The app is great apart from the fact that it crashes on ios8 and that once you are listening to audio articles, locking the device or turning a page on the app will cancel the audio article.

Unable to download new issues

The App is brilliant, but if you are unable to download new issues in spite of following all possible guidelines it all gets sort of irrelevant. This has been a problem with the app for a couple of months. Ekslektor

No Newsstand Support

Despite the fact that Apple launched Newsstand long time ago, the Time app still hasn't been updated to support it.
