The app shuts down all the time

When I read an article the app shuts down every now and then, mostly when I zoom in and out or flip pages. I am not permanently logged in but have to log in again every time. Have tried to reinstall the app once. Only option to contact support is via the “mail”app which I don’t use. Can’t find an email address.

Still not working

The app does not provide free access to the magazine (covered by my subscription). Customer Service tried to fix, leading to a short period of proper functionality, then again no access.

Long time for issues to appear

Several times this happens and I wonder if I should cancel! Now I no longer can upload any issue with the New app!..even through my subscription is still valid. And on top of this it’s impossible to get in touch with app support about this! Whatever Time’s answer there must be a bug that hinders New issue from appearing according to instructions!

As good as the paper

Works really good on iPhone 6plus!

Easy to navigate and read

Finally a magazine app that doesn't force you to keep zooming in and out. You can go through the content by swiping pages, as you'd normally do with the paper version. I think TIME nailed it this time :)

Extremely slow

Takes an eternity to download

Not working

I can't even log in since it says my email isn't valid. Talked to customer service and the basically emailed med the link to FAQ and said "Try again". So disapointed... I mean, I pay for this to work!

What's wrong?

Utterly disappointed. App stopped working, which coincided with my updating my credit card, which led me to having to update my payment info. Removed the app and downloaded again. Now, it's a European version, not newsstand compatible, and I can't see my previous magazines and cannot download the latest issue, despite having chosen monthly renewal. What is happening?

Why no newsstand support?

It's been a long time coming but really nice to finally see the Time app for European subscribers. But why it isn't Newsstand compatible is a mystery and keeps it from 5 stars. Having the magazines auto-downloaded is really missed.

Best app ever!

Thank you TIME. A superb, beautiful app. Combined with all access it's a true winner.
