The device is getting too hot

Tracks your data and also uses your location even when you have deleted the app. I only noticed this when I was on another app using my location and this apps name appeared under ‘location services’. I wouldn’t have noticed as it doesn’t appear on your settings once you’ve deleted it but still tracks your location. Do not use, or turn your location off after using it.

It worked when I first bought it, you could never really adjust the picture to pick up a clear image, but now it’s completely out of focus no matter how much I adjust it and it’s not the lens requiring cleaning. Must have only used it four times looks like another waste of money.

This was fantastic when I first got it but the developers haven’t updated the app for over a year, and it no longer works. Basically it is supposed to create its own little WiFi network but it won’t, no matter how often you enter the password (12345678) as in instruction leaflet. Have also tried uninstalling and re downloading app, as well as switching off iPhone. So the otoscope is now a useless pile of tat.

When asked for Wi-Fi it is a locked one. By that I mean it asks for a password when there is non. I’m disappointed as I wasted money on the gift.

Ensure to have all your privacy modes on. This wants to track you and your data usage across several platforms. Soon as I was finished I have deleted the app.

You must turn (wi-fi assist) off in your wifi settings This is because your phone knows there is no internet connection when it’s connected to the camera, so it reverts back to using mobile data and not allowing the connection to the camera Scroll all the way to the bottom of the wifi page in settings and turn wi-fi assist off and you should connect to the camera without a problem

I am unbelievably frustrated with the fact this worked once and now doesn’t connect a complete waste of my money and time! Does anybody know of an app that will now connect to my ear camera?

iPhone XR. Take the cap off the scope before attempting the code, then all is fine. Careful with those spoons! Best to put drops of olive oil in to soften wax and then flush. Clear eardrum looks dark and flat- a few pictures of what a clear drum looks like would be useful.

Great it pulls but some are reluctant to come out. Beware that the booklet tells you how to connect the camera. The vacuum has a button and you tap that and it should come up as timesiso as a Wifi network. Some people tend to skip the instructions.
