Locked features

I purchased the yearly subscription all features paid 79.9 $ but i cannot use the app. Almost al templates is locked and milestones. I need refund for this

Not worth it

Personally I don’t think this app is worth the money. I downloaded it thinking it was help me achieve those “newborn photos” without having to set up all the props myself but you still have to have the perfect photo of your baby before cutting and pasting onto the backdrop. And the photos look incredibly fake and edited anyway, and not really any options for when your baby gets a little bigger or if you have older children. It’s strictly directed toward newborns and then you have no use for the app anymore. Not to mention, the app logged me out and now tells me I no longer have a subscription even after paying for the year. Do not waste your money on this !!!

App doesn’t work

Purchased this app for an entire year the full premium package. Your unable to get the app to work at all none of the templates will work they are all locked and I have the full premium package. It just keeps going back to the black screen wanting me to pay for an extra 340 templates for 96 cents. I get sick of it and click on it and it will tell me I’m already subscribed to this feature and then goes back to the black screen. A complete waste of money!!!!!

Waste of money

Apple won’t even refund my money back. Do not I repeat do not purchase the app.

Cannot use the app

They charged me $49.99 for the yearly subscription but i cannot even go to the edit feature. They blocked me out and even I already paid they kept asking to buy subscriptions. Absolutely scam and apple refused to give me my money back.

Not a real free trial

Big scam. New parents beware

I was told there was a free trial period. However, I was charged a full annual subscription and will not show any instructions on how to request a refund or use this poorly executed app for that matter. I have the feeling that it is designed to exploit new parents. Apple should investigate this immediately!

I paid money and unable to login or do anything

I paid money 2 days before and I am unable to login or do any photo editing. Keep asking me to pay more money also they don’t have any support email or process in app to contact really writes Never have this problem when I purchased same subscription 2 years back. Please someone help get my money back or provide me contact details so I can check with them.

Scam

The app is a scam. It will take $50 from you and then say you don’t have a subscription, you can’t access anything in the app at all, and it tries to take more money from you every time you try to use the app. Apple will refuse to give you money back either despite the fact that you don’t get anything you paid for.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD, App does not work even after subscription

I subscribed to the app only for it to ask me to subscribe each time after trying to use a template. It has never worked.
