I wanted to try out the app. I clicked the 3 day trial and was charged 59.99 immediately! I contacted customer support via email and didn’t get any response back. The app doesn’t meet the needs I hoped to use it for and now I’m out $60!
I really wanted to like this but I paid 63 dollars for the year and can’t log in? It keeps telling me there is no subscription for my email:( , it’s a lot of money to pay and can’t even use it
I bought this app for a year and it’s only been 8 months and it doesn’t let me in any more

I love the app but have been unable to sign in for two + weeks since the new update. I bought an annual subscription that is active until the end of 2023. I tried to reach out to the app developers, but haven’t heard back. What good is an app that won’t let me access what I paid for?
Downloaded app on the day my daughter was born. I loved the backdrops and the editor. I think it is much more affordable than a photographer

Rip off rip off rip off! I paid for this and can’t even use it! I emailed the email address I found on their app and haven’t received any response back. It’s been over 2 weeks! I want my money back!
I'm very disappointed, It is like scamming app. You can not do even only picture for free they allow you to download it for free but nothing you can do for free. You have to pay do use any of these features. No reasons to make the app free if you will not give any benefit for free. Very disappointed. Deleted right away.
