Beschreibung

TKFX is a full-fledged Traktor controller for iOS devices. Besides full decks, looper and mixer control with a jog dial included, it allows you to control Traktor effects in a powerful and intuitive way using a X/Y pad for each effect unit. Select the effect you want to use, assign effect parameters to X/Y pad axis, enable the effect in the wished deck and touch the pad. The effect is automatically applied.
TKFX is completely plug and play which means that you don’t need to waste countless hours in MIDI mapping. TKFX knows all about Traktor’s decks and effects, just select the deck or effect you want and all it’s parameters and functions will be automatically available on the respective buttons. TKFX supports effects unit operation in single or group mode.

Nice AddOn for 2Deck Controller

A little bit more How 2 or Surfaces etc would be nice. Could I Use the app for deck 3+4?!

Great Usability but...

Works fine so far but the only thing that’s need to be fixed is that the effects aren’t match with Traktor. If I choose for example delay on the iPad it selects beatmasher instead of delay. Some match and some not. I tried to fix it in the editor by myself, but I haven’t figured out how to do it.

Works with external controller as Mixfader

It’s a cheap and easy solution to control Traktor 3 with an iPad on a Mac. Haven’t tested PC yet. It’s possible to add external co trollers as well. I use it for my portable DVS set up. PT01, Mixfader, iPad with TKFX and Zoom U-24. I hope the team keeps this app up to date!

Nice idea - but no stable realisation

I downloaded the latest TKFX and needed Ubridge and .tsi. It's very difficultto configure. And it dosn't work stable with Traktor Pro 3, iOS 12.2 and MacOS 14.4. There is also no possibility, to use hardware controllers (for transport and mixing) and TKFX (for effects) parallel. So it's not my app! :-(

How to connect? No imformation

There is no information about how to connect the app to the mac. WiFi? Bluetooth? USB? How to use an app without working connection?

Perfect integration of Traktor effects

The developers did an awesome job. I used different apps and tools before and spend time in designing own layouts. TKFX provides the essential FX functionalities out-of-the-box and even provides features which surprised me. Now I can use FX easily without looking at the Traktor to check my settings. A wish for future improvements is to provide a functionality to store the settings, e.g. as a back-up to use them on another device, like import/export.

connection super unstable

Using a MacBook Pro and iPad Pro 12 all on the latest versions of the system software. If you can get the app to connect to tractor Pro, it works pretty well, but whether it will connect or not seems to be a matter of hit and miss. If I close the app on iOS and reopen it, it doesn’t save the settings from previous session as it’s supposed to. It often also will not reconnect to my computer and or the program sometimes it helps to restart the app but I just did that five times and nothing helped. Feeling very frustrated. Support is basically nonexistent. I contacted the programmer about an issue earlier and they just said oh yes we see that’s a problem. Maybe we will fix it sometime down the line.

I was waiting for something like this to come out. And just in time. My laptop wasn’t connecting my Traktor S4 to play my music or even to turn on.
