TMC Alarm +

App freezes and becomes non functional often, all that appears is a white screen when you open it. This makes it difficult to use especially when not in the home

Not sure how this app is so highly rated. Both me and my partner experienced offline app all the time. Sometimes arm from the app it does nothing. Call the customer service they told me just keep remove and install the app, guess that’s why they can do instead of working on the app itself

This app doesn’t work. No service. No fix. Garbage

App intermittently fails to display all features on the screen. Not sufficiently reliable as an alarm app.

Not happy with this app, it always glitches out and crashes. When this happens I have to make multiple attempts to arm or disarm the system. Could be a lot better for the cost of the service.

We have had this alarm company for about 5 years. We have had no problems at all, and find them to be on top of everything. So easy to use. Recommend them highly.

The app was reinstalled many times, Several times TMC was sending something remotely - nothing helps. The app is regularly quitting, and only re-opening the app allows its operation.

I got the upgrade and app a couple months ago and absolutely love it. I can use it from anywhere. It’s so easy to use.
