Can’t see statements
This app and the website will not let me see any statements. Other banks will have them available, but not Together CU.

I used to get alerts for all of my transactions. I thought something was wrong with my app. I deleted and reinstalled and it didn’t do anything. Can you please make the feature work again?!? After all it is a feature
Just asks you to rotate the phone even though it’s already rotated since last update. Very broken feature that really hampers the app.
I’ve been using mobile deposit since June. With the recent update the app says “turn phone to continue deposit” so I enable turning on my phone and turn my phone. The screen doesn’t change. Grrrr
What happened? The camera no longer works to take a picture of a check. It’s stuck in portrait mode and totally blurred and will not focus. It’s now working on my iPad Pro but still nothing on my iPhone. Even more disappointing is I have not received a reply to the messages I sent to Together Credit Union.
Now the check deposit function simply won’t work. This is irritating enough for me to close my account.
Camera not focusing to deposit a check doesn’t rotate had to use iPad
Over the past month I have run into an issue with trying to use the mobile deposit feature. When I press the camera to take a picture of my check I get a black screen that tells me to rotate my phone. It doesn’t seem to recognize when it’s been rotated and there is no way to back out of the screen without closing out of the app completely. It’s very frustrating.
After update the check upload won’t work…keeps saying to rotate device. Well I’m rotating and it’s not recognizing my rotate…I’m still rotating!
Everything was fine until this update. Please fix it! I wanted to deposit my check but can’t because the picture feature is a black screen.
