Easy to use, pretty straight forward, 10/10. Good job

App works fine but they call you to confirm appointment so no reason to even book an appointment in the app, just call. If I’m booking in the app it’s because it’s supposed to be easier and so I don’t have to call.

App wasn’t working this morning. So have to uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone and when I tried to get in it’s still loading

The app has potential, but the interface is not intuitive. To check in more than 1 person is quite awkward. Further, I can’t count how many times I’ve looked at the wait times, checked in, and then the wait times go from 0 mins to 30 mins. Inconsistent.

The experience is so convoluted and confusing, when booking more than one person. It seems to have issues communicating with the individual locations, and confused appointments. Could be so much better with a bit of attention to the flow, structure and navigation. Seems like it was designed without the user in mind at all.

I checked in with app and it said 0 mins wait. I was already in store waiting. I then saw guy at counter and he said 20 minutes as he had to serve everyone in line first. What’s the point of checking in online?

I find this app so frustrating to use especially with more than one child. Nothing against the shop they are great.

Considering that the app is core to their business model, it is not very good. Wait times are rarely accurate when booking. Ability to book multiple people in with one account is not functional.

It would be nice to be able to see the wait time or actually get an sms on the wait time. So often I book then wait in my car for ever after showing up and looking at the board.

Trying to check in multiple people for a haircut is very confusing. I only got to check one person in I think because I was only offered one haircut type and my three year-old doesn’t need a traditional cut, but I do.
