toothsi | skinnsi is now makeO

Bought their plan 5 months ago, they have a bunch of aligners and that’s all. No one has tried to reach out to us (except for their sales team). I’m tired of trying to reach out my RM have only talked with him once in last 5 months.

1. There is no after sales service, only after sales suffering. 2. They have taken so many customer and very little staff. It takes minimum 20 minutes to connect to customer care only to hear that their appointment team is not available so they can’t book an appointment. 3. If you get any issues, there is minimum 10 days waiting for appointments. 4. They delivered my second set of aligners 20 days late and did not even gave me appointment for phase 2 aligners. When asked their response was “you should have called us” 5. Negotiate the price and they will take it down to 50% to make a sell. It’s literally a “ Lala Business” 6. Founders are bunch of cheapskate with zero experience in handling large scale operations, tech products. There are other companies who have same technology can do it for much lesser cost while maintaining a miminal amount of ethicals and morals. If you are reading this review then don’t go for this company for the sake of your mental health.

The worst service waste of money and they just lut the people by lying DONT TRUST THEM THEY HAVE LUTED MY 50K

Timer stops most of the time when the phone is idle or locked. Unable to connect on chat and phone.

Before I bought toothsi aligners. I was getting a call from them every another day. Once I purchased and paid fully. I did not receive any call even on important occasions like getting my phase 2 aligners in production. It was delayed and then when I booked an appointment there was no call from the doctor to ask if I am coming to the clinic or not. I forgot as lot of people do. My aligners were delivered to the clinic and even then they did not tell me that they have received the aligners. Such a bad experience after purchase. Please look for some other options. I'm not sure if tootsi is worth it.

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The salesperson was extremely pushy, insisting that I had to buy the plan immediately or lose the offer. His attitude was not just overconfident but downright rude. At one point, he even threatened that if I didn't purchase now, I would be charged 99k instead of 46k in the future. I was shocked by his audacity and couldn't believe how unprofessional he was. It was a terrible experience from start to finish, and I strongly advise against dealing with them.

I would never recommend anyone to try this.

I chose makeO for toothsi and now skinsi keeps on calling me talking about their package and what not. I have never shown any interest in skinsi then why are they calling me over and over again after so many times i told them im not interested. This is against policy selling or giving away my info on things i didnt subscribe. Stop spamming

Once amount is paid .. you will be forgotten No follow up calls no proper communication no proper explaining instructions no response Be careful if you have to choose thoothsi I’m trapped

It is my 2nd LHR session and I have seen rapid change in my 1st session as Swathi was amazing I give her 5 stars
